4 teaspoon Olive Oil 1 med chopped onion 1 green pepper (chopped) 1 yellow pepper (chopped) 2 cans of kidney beans (rinsed) 1 can of chili beans 1 can of black beans (rinsed) 2 cans of diced tomatoes 2 cans of diced tomatoes with jalapenos 1 pk of your favorite chili seasoning. (I use Carroll Shelby's Original Texas Brand Chili Kit I think it is the best) ½ c of shredded cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
In a dutch oven add olive oil. Saute onion and peppers in olive oil. Sprinkle a little chili seasoning over onion and peppers just enough to coat. Add rinsed kidney beans, black beans and chili beans. Sprinkle a little chili seasoning in the pot and stir. In a blender blend the 2 cans of diced tomatoes, and one can of the diced tomatoes with jalapenos. Add to dutch oven. Sprinkle a little chili seasoning in the pot and stir. Cook on medium for 10 minutes. Add the rest of chili seasoning and simmer for 35 minutes. Top with cheese if desired.
