2 10oz pkgs frozen chopped broccoli 1 cup diced American cheese (cheddar can be used also) 1 can cream of mushroom soup (Campbell) ⅔ cup evaporated milk (Carnation) 3½ oz can French fried onion rings (French's)

Cook frozen broccoli for 4 minutes in micro. (thawed but crisp). Drain excess liquid. Place in a cooking spray lined 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle the diced cheese over the broccoli. Mix the evaporated milk with the cream of mushroom soup until well blended and pour over the broccoli and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with onion rings and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes. Note: this recipe can be doubled for more guests.
