INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Insert Stirring Paddle. Add 1½ cups oat bran, 6 cups water and ¼ teaspoon kosher salt. Secure Cooking Lid with Steam Cap in place.
    2. The cooking time is set for 15 minutes at 195°F on Speed 2.
    3. Add 1 cup dried cranberries. The cooking time is set for an additional minute at 85°F on Speed 3 to stir in.
    4. Let rest for 2-5 minutes.
