Makes about ½ cup

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • ¼   cup plus 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
  •  Pinch kosher salt
  • ¼  cup plus 2 tablespoons olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

1.Insert Metal Chopping Blade. Add 1 teaspoon each orange zest and thyme, ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons orange juice, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard and pinch salt.
2.Secure the Cooking Lid. The processor is set to chop for 1 minute on Speed 6. Once started, slowly add ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons olive oil through the Steam Vent.
3.Dressing should be completely emulsified. Taste and adjust seasoning according to preference.
