CHOPPED SALAD

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 plum tomatoes
  • ½ English cucumber
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1 cup radishes
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 2 tablespoons creamy *Champagne Vinaigrette*
  • Kosher salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Insert Metal Chopping Blade. Add 2 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces and ¼ cup fresh parsley leaves into the work bowl. Secure the Food Processor Lid.
  2. The processor is set to chop for 8 seconds on Speed 12.
  3. Replace the Metal Chopping Blade with the Slicing Disc Assembly, adjusted to 5mm. Secure Food Processor Lid.
  4. Slice 1 cup sugar snap peas using the small feed tube.
  5. Replace Slicing Disc with Dicing Disc. Secure Food Processor Lid.
  6. Dice 2 plum tomatoes, ½ English cucumber, 1 cup radishes and 1 avocado using the medium feed tube on Speed 12.
  7. Replace the Dicing Disc Set with the Shredding Disc adjusted to coarse shred. Secure the Food Processor Lid.
  8. Shred the medium carrot on Speed 12.
  9. Toss ingredients together with 2 tablespoons *Champagne Vinaigrette* and a sprinkle of salt. Taste and adjust seasoning according to preference.
