INGREDIENTS
- 2 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
- ¼ cup fresh parsley leaves
- 2 plum tomatoes
- ½ English cucumber
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 1 cup radishes
- 1 avocado
- 1 medium carrot
- 2 tablespoons creamy *Champagne Vinaigrette*
- Kosher salt

INSTRUCTIONS
- Insert Metal Chopping Blade. Add 2 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces and ¼ cup fresh parsley leaves into the work bowl. Secure the Food Processor Lid.
- The processor is set to chop for 8 seconds on Speed 12.
- Replace the Metal Chopping Blade with the Slicing Disc Assembly, adjusted to 5mm. Secure Food Processor Lid.
- Slice 1 cup sugar snap peas using the small feed tube.
- Replace Slicing Disc with Dicing Disc. Secure Food Processor Lid.
- Dice 2 plum tomatoes, ½ English cucumber, 1 cup radishes and 1 avocado using the medium feed tube on Speed 12.
- Replace the Dicing Disc Set with the Shredding Disc adjusted to coarse shred. Secure the Food Processor Lid.
- Shred the medium carrot on Speed 12.
- Toss ingredients together with 2 tablespoons *Champagne Vinaigrette* and a sprinkle of salt. Taste and adjust seasoning according to preference.
