- 1 can Garbanzo beans
- 1 tablespoon tahini paste
- ½ lemon
- Good quality olive oil
- salt
- pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
Place in mini Cuisinart: Drained can of Hummus Tahini paste, lemon, salt and pepper in Cuisinart and grind until smooth, adding olive oil a little at a time until consistency is achieved. You can add water to thin.
Add any fresh or dried herbs that you have on hand. You can change the recipe by adding fresh or bottled red peppers or sundried tomatoes
