INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup mayo
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 bag (2 cups) mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup jack cheese
- ¼ cup Parmesan/Romano cheese
- Sprinkle of Italian seasonings
- Can of artichoke hearts
- Bag of chopped spinach

INSTRUCTIONS
Roughly chop the artichoke hearts into bite size pieces. Mix the ingredients together and spoon into a baking pan.
Bake at 350F until golden brown and bubbly. Serve with chips or crudites!
*Note: If using frozen spinach, press to expel excess water after defrosting.
