Mix egg white, water and salt until well combined. Gently toss nuts in egg mixture and drain in colander 5 minutes to remove excess. Mix sugar and spices together, add nuts and turn gently to coat. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet and bake at 300 for 40 minutes, turning pan once at 20 minutes.
