INGREDIENTS
1 pound of hot sausage 1 large onion chopped fine 1 can of rotel with lime 1 pound of white cheddar cheese cubed ½ pound of Monterey jack cheese cubed 8 oz package of cream cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook sausage and onion together until done, drain well. Add to slow cooker with rotel and all cheeses. Set on low in slow cooker and heat until all cheese is melted and all ingredients are mixed well. Serve warm. With lime corn chips
