Makes 1½ cups
INGREDIENTS
1 cup water
1 cup granulated sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Put water and sugar into a small saucepan and place over medium-high heat. Once mixture comes to a boil, stir to make sure all sugar is dissolved and then remove from heat.
2.Cool completely before using.
