*1 stick of butter *¼ cup white wine *1 tablespoon spring onions chopped *4-5 (or more) minced garlic cloves *2 teaspoons lemon juice *¾ lb shrimp shelled *two cans of minced clams (drain one can of the juice and reserve) *2 tablespoons minced parsley *lemon peel *dash of tabasco *angel hair pasta
Melt butter with wine and simmer for a few minutes. Stir in garlic and lemon juice and cook until bubbly. Add peeled shrimp, and two cans of minced clams. Reserve one can of juice if needed to add to the sauce if desired. Stir in parsley and lemon peel. Add a shake of tabasco. Serve over angel hair pasta.
