1 lb. tortiglioni (or rigatoni) ½ cup chicken broth 1 large egg, beaten 1 cup cream 1 lb. colby jack cheese, or sharp cheddar, cut into cubes 8 oz. cream cheese, cut into cubes 1 cup feta cheese ½ cup chopped onion 2 tablespoons butter Dash of garlic Salt and pepper to taste 2 cups whole Santa Sweet cherry tomatoes 2 cups Caesar salad (or Italian) croutons, crushed

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to pan. Add all other ingredients except the crushed croutons. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle with crushed croutons. Bake 30 minutes. Allow casserole to sit a few minutes before serving. Delicious with spicy grilled boneless chicken breasts. If there is any left over, cut the chicken into chunks and add to the pasta and cheese for a yummy encore.
