Use 9x13 inch greased baking dish Brown meat with onion, salt and pepper and drain off grease. Mix browned drained meat and noodles and mix with diluted soup Layer one-half noodle mixture into 9x13 greased pan. Layer with one cup grated cheese and one-half cup peanuts. Repeat with remaining noodle mixture and cheese layer. Top with chow mein noodles and remaining peanuts Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot with salad and beverage. Reheat leftovers (not microwave) in oven to crisp up chow mein noodles.
