1 Cup Light Cranberry Juice ½ cup plain lowfat yogurt 1 cup frozen mixed berries 1 teaspoon lemon juice 2 Tbsp ground flax seed 1 fresh mint sprig
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all of the ingredients in blender, excluding the mint sprig. Blend until well blended. Pour into 2 glasses and top with mint spring.
