HAM, BRIE AND APPLE PANINI

INGREDIENTS

• 4 - ½ inch slices sourdough bread
• 1 oz cooked ham, sliced
• 1 oz brie cheese, sliced
• 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced
• 2 tablespoon mayonaisse
• 1 teaspoon curry powder
• 1 tablespoon olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix curry powder into mayonnaise. Spread on 2 slices of bread then layer slices with ham, cheese, and apples. Spread curry-mayo on remaining 2 bread slices. Brush outsides of sandwiches with oil.
    2. Preheat a panini press. Place sandwiches in panini press. Cover and cook about 6 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
