4 slices rustic bread (such as a Peasant or sourdough) 4 tablespoons goat cheese, softened ½ baby arugula 4 slices prosciutto 2 fresh figs, preferably brown, sliced Olive oil, for spraying

- Turn on the Cuisinart Griddler. Select Grill and set to 375F. 2. Lay the four slices of bread on a clean work surface. Spread the goat cheese on the inside of two slices. Evenly divide the arugula on top of the goat cheese and place two slices of prosciutto on each. Finish with the fig slices and then top with the other slices of bread. Evenly and liberally coat the outer sides and the bread with olive oil. 3. Place the oiled sandwiches on the hot grill. Press the top plate down on the sandwiches in the closed position. Set the count-up timer. 4.Grill until bread is crisp and cheese is melted, about 5-7 minutes.
