INSTRUCTIONS
- Chop potatoes into fingers. Chop garlic. Set aside. 2. Boil potatoes in salted water for 5 mins. 3. Pan fry potatoes for 4 minutes at 300°F. 4. Double fry potato for 3-5 minutes at 350°F. Add garlic into fryer for about 20-30 seconds. 5. Serve crisp with ketchup.
