INGREDIENTS
- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cubed, about 6 cups
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
- 6 ice cubes
- pinch kosher salt (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Put all of the ingredients, in the order listed, into the blender jar. Secure lid.
2. Select Fruit Smoothie function and press Start.
3. Serve immediately
