20 breakfast sliders

INGREDIENTS

1 small package mushrooms finely chopped
2 medium sized white onions finely chopped
4 large eggs scrambled
5 long strips of bacon cut into 3 inch peices
2 10 count biscuit containers
6 tablespoon salt
4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon prepared minced garlic

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook biscuits as described on container. In a medium sauce pan, heat olive oil, add garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add your minced mushrooms and onion and cook until the onions are translucent. Add your salt and pepper and stir. Turn heat to low and let the mushrooms and onions remain there until its time to assemble the sliders. Cook bacon until they are cooked all the way through and crispy. Scramble eggs until done. Once you are ready to assemble the sliders, take a biscut and cut it in half all the way. Take about a teaspoon of your mushroom and onion mixture and layer it on the bottom half. Next take a teaspoon or so of the scrambled eggs and layer it on the mushroom onion mixture, then a strip of bacon. Now put the top half of the biscuit on top. Continue proccess with the other remaining biscuits and enjoy.
