INGREDIENTS

Arvest Cheese Dip  (My favorite!) 1 lb hamburger 1 lb hot breakfast sausage 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves of garlic, chopped 1 can Rotel tomatoes & chile (do not drain) 1 can of  of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken Soup 2 lbs Velveeta Cheese 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown hamburger and breakfast sausage in a large skillet with chopped onion, garlic, cumin, salt, pepper and can of Rotel. Once meat is done, let it cool for a few minutes. Add both cans of soup. Cube the Velveeta cheese and combine with the meat and soup mixture. Put mixture in a crock-pot on high until fully melted. Stir often, reduce heat after cheese is melted.  Scoop tortilla chips work best with this heavy dip. ENJOY!!
