Ingredients
- 1 large orange, peeled
- 1 medium lime, peeled
- 1 medium lemon, peeled
- 1-inch thick slice fresh pineapple
- 1 1/2 ounces coconut rum
- 1 ounce blue curacao
Directions
- Cut orange and lemon as needed to fit through the chute of the juice extractor.
- Juice the orange, lemon and lime; set aside. Juice pineapple
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 1/4 cup each citrus mixture and pineapple. Pour in rum.
- Shake and pour into a glass. Add ice, if desired. Pour blue curacao over top and let gradually mix into the drink. Serve immediately. Repeat for second drink.
