- 227 g Mascarpone cheese
- 100 ml heavy whipping cream
- 40 g cane sugar
Strawberry Latte
- 250 ml warm strawberry milk
- 1 espresso shot

- 7 Lady Finger Biscuits
- Strawberries
- Cocoa Powder
Directions
- Start by whipping heavy cream until fluffy.
- Add in mascarpone cheese and cane sugar. Use an electric beat to blend ingredients to a spreadable texture.
- Add the cream into a piping bag and set a aside.
- In a bowl, make a strawberry latte by pouring warmed strawberry and espresso shot together.
- Grab a plate or board to start arranging the tiramisu.
- Quickly dip in Lady Fingers to assemble the bottom later (4 biscuits).
- Pipe mascarpone creame to cover Lady Fingers.
- Repeat and layer dipped Lady Fingers (3 biscuits) and cover with cream.
- Dust cocoa powder over the top of the cream.
- Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
- Enjoy with fresh strawberries served on top.
