Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
- 1 package (16 ounces) radishes
- 1 large thick carrot, peeled
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Directions
- In a medium bowl, stir vinegar, water, sugar, ginger, salt and red pepper until sugar dissolves.
- Using a spiralizer, make spirals of radishes and carrot. Stir vegetable spirals and cilantro into vinegar mixture. Reserve any remaining vegetable spirals for another use.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.
