Cinnamon Sugar Pie Crust Chips



  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together coarse sugar and cinnamon until blended. Set aside.
  3. Prepare Food Processor Pie Crust. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. On a floured surface, roll pie crust to 1/16-inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes with a 2-inch cookie cutter and arrange on cookie sheet.
  5. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
  6. Bake until lightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet or slide parchment paper with baked chips to wire rack. Cool completely.
  7. Serve with Caramel Apple Dip.
