Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons coarse sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Food Processor Pie Crust
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Caramel Apple Dip
Directions
- Heat oven to 425°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, stir together coarse sugar and cinnamon until blended. Set aside.
- Prepare Food Processor Pie Crust. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- On a floured surface, roll pie crust to 1/16-inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes with a 2-inch cookie cutter and arrange on cookie sheet.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Bake until lightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet or slide parchment paper with baked chips to wire rack. Cool completely.
- Serve with Caramel Apple Dip.
