Ingredients
- ½ cup apple juice
- ⅓ cup Dijon-style mustard
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 4 bone-in pork chops, about 1½-inch thick
Directions
- Place all ingredients except pork in a single-serve blender jar. Blend until smooth.
- Place pork chops in a large resealable plastic bag. Add marinade mixture. Turn to coat pork with marinade.
- Marinate in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
- Heat grill to SEAR. Add pork chops. Grill 6 to 8 minutes each side.
