Apple Dijon Pork Marinade

Ingredients

  • ½ cup apple juice
  • ⅓ cup Dijon-style mustard
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 bone-in pork chops, about 1½-inch thick

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except pork in a single-serve blender jar. Blend until smooth.
  2. Place pork chops in a large resealable plastic bag. Add marinade mixture. Turn to coat pork with marinade.
  3. Marinate in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Heat grill to SEAR. Add pork chops. Grill 6 to 8 minutes each side.
