- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 medium ears corn-on-the-cob, husks removed and halved
- 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Brush butter over each ear of corn.
- Arrange corn in air fryer basket.
- Set air fryer at 400°F. Turning corn halfway through, cook 13 to 15 minutes or until corn is bright yellow with some char.
- Remove corn to a platter. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley before serving.
