4 slices sourdough bread, tuna fish, mayonnaise, diced onion, diced celery, salt and pepper, dash garlic powder, dash onion powder, couple drops lemon juice, dash celery seed, dash dill weed, 2 - 3 slices provolone cheese, 2 - 4 slices tomato

INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare the tuna fish with all ingredients except the bread, cheese, and tomato
- Lightly spread some mayonnaise on the sides of the bread that will touch the Griddler, prepare sandwich, bread - mayonnaise side down, 1 slice provolone, tuna fish, tomato, 1 slice provolone, second slice bread, mayonnaise side up, prepare second sandwich
- Place both sandwiches on Griddler, toast until golden brown and cheese is melted
