INGREDIENTS
1 - 2 Pounds of squid cut to bite size pieces. 1 stick butter 2 whole garlic cloves minced 4 scallions sliced ¼ cup cooking sherry salt and pepper to taste 1 pound of pasta of your choice.

INSTRUCTIONS
Boil about 1 pound of pasta of your choice until tender. Saute onions and garlic in 2 tablespoons of butter until tender. add remaining butter and squid. Cook over medium heat for approximately 4 - 6 minutes or until they are cooked to your liking. Pour sauce over pasta and toss. Serve with a side salad of your choice.
