- 16 pieces of pumpkin squares, about 1” cubes
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Dash of chili flakes
- 2 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS
1.Wash and dry the pumpkin squares.
2.Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, salt and pepper to make a marinade. Set aside half the marinade to use as dipping sauce.
3.Marinade the pumpkin chunks in the marinade for about 10-15 minutes.
4.Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
5.Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crisp and tender.
6.Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve with the dipping sauce.
