POWER BLAST PROTEIN SMOOTHIE - 32 OUNCES

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups soy, almond or hemp milk (cow’s milk may also be used)
  • ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder
  • 3 tablespoons almond butter (any nut butter may be substituted)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 ripe bananas, quartered
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Put ingredients into the blender jar in order listed.
  2. Blend on High until smooth, about 1 minute.
  3. Serve immediately.
