INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups soy, almond or hemp milk (cow’s milk may also be used)
- ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoons protein powder
- 3 tablespoons almond butter (any nut butter may be substituted)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 ripe bananas, quartered
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- Put ingredients into the blender jar in order listed.
- Blend on High until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Serve immediately.
