10oz Egg noodles (old fashioned wide noodles work best) 3oz Irish cheddar cheese 1 Lb. broccoli 3 Tbsp butter
1.Wash, cut in small even pieces and then Steam broccoli until still crisp, remove from water and set aside.
2.Cook noodles as directed on package.
3.Melt butter in large sauté pan, toss in broccoli stir until coated in butter.
4.Add cooked noodles and toss until well mixed, sprinkle grated cheese over noodles and broccoli, salt & pepper to taste. Serve.
