INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
  • ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

1.Insert Metal Chopping Blade. Add ¼ cup red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon Dijon, ½ teaspoon each dried parsley, dried basil, dried thyme and salt, and ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper to the work bowl.
2.The food processor is set to process on speed 6. When started, slowly add ¾ cup olive oil until all ingredients are homogenous.
