INGREDIENTS
¾ cup double-strength coffee, cold 1 cup low-fat milk 3 Tablespoons sugar 2 cups coffee ice whipped cream and powdered cocoa for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
To make double-strength coffee, simply use 2 Tablespoons of coffee for each cup of coffee. Make extra coffee and place in ice cube trays and freeze. Chill the coffee before proceeding. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until coffee ice is crushed and drink is smooth. Garnish by topping drinks with whipped cream and sprinkling with powdered cocoa.
