- 2 10-oz cans chicken - drained
- 1 6-7-oz package of white cheddar cheese - cut in ½
- 1 6-7 oz package of herb cheddar cheese (or other flavor) - cut in ½
- 2 T butter
- 2 T flour
- 1 c milk
- ¼ c dried cranberries
- bibb lettuce leaves

1.Melt butter in sauce pan over medium heat- stir in flour
2.Add milk and continue to stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and begins to bubble.
3.Stir in ½ of the white cheddar cheese and ½ of the flavored cheddar cheese until melted.
4.Stir in chicken
5.Slice remaining cheese
6.To assemble wraps - place 2-3 T of chicken mixture in a lettuce wrap. Top with dried cranberries and sliced cheese
