1 T. butter 1 T. diced garlic clove ½ c. diced celery ½ c. diced green pepper ¾ c. diced onion 1 pound diced fresh shrimp, cleaned and de-veined 1 t. celery seed 1.t. dried thyme ½ t. red pepper flakes 1 t. Cajun blackening seasoning 1 t. lemon pepper seasoning 1 10.5 oz. can tomato soup 1 1.8 oz. pkg. dried leek soup 1 10.5 oz. can cream of celery soup 2 c. half and half cream ¼ c. sherry

INSTRUCTIONS
1.Sauté first five ingredients in Soup pot. 2.Add fresh shrimp and next five ingredients and saute until shrimp turn pink. Do NOT overcook the shrimp. 3. Add next four ingredients; stir to mix and warm. Do NOT boil. Lightly stir in sherry and serve.
