2 tbs yellow mustard 3 Cups ketchup 1¼ cup diced white onion 1 bell pepper diced 1½ cup brown sugar ⅓ cup honey ¼ cup maple syrup 1½ tbs favorite BBQ dry rub Generous pour favorite bourbon 1 28oz can pork and beans 1 14oz can red kidney beans- drained and rinsed 1 15oz can butter beans - drained and rinsed 1 15 oz can black beans drained and rinsed 1 can Bush's chili starter or chili beans 6 to 8 strips bacon

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl combine the first 8 ingredients Add all beans including chili starter gently and stir with a spoon making sure not to smash beans and stirring just enough to evenly distribute the mixture Pour into 13x9 baking dish top with bacon slices, cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes Enjoy
