Strawberry Chocolate Cups Soft cheese & tart strawberries churned together served in homemade chocolate cups

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Dark Chocolate (melted)
  • 8-10 Paper cups (disposable)
  • 5-6 Strawberries (medium)
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Cream cheese
  • Mint sprigs for garnish

Directions

A quick cheese & strawberry filling using the HB Pro Juicer Mixer Grinder.

  1. Using scissors give a small cut anywhere on the top lip of the cup. Now pour molten dark chocolate into the cup halfway. Hold the cup from the bottom and rotate it so that the chocolate evenly coats all the sides of the cup and then immediately invert the cup so as to drop off the excess chocolate back into the bowl of molten chocolate.
  2. Repeat the same with the rest of the cups. Now place them on a plate and keep them in a fridge till the time chocolate sets.
  3. Once set remove the cups and carefully tear apart the paper cup from the place where we had given a small cut to the cup. Keep the chocolate cup on to the plate.
  4. Now for the filling add fresh strawberries to the small grinding jar. Add sugar, cream and soft cream cheese. Put on the lid and latch it to the base. Using the Manual setting and press Start and using the speed selection dial maintain the speed of grinding to the slowest. Once the strawberries are pureed remove the jar. Fill up the chocolate cups with this strawberry cream equally. Garnish them with mint sprigs and some strawberry slices. Refrigerate for at least an hour before you serve them.
