Slow Cooker Spaghetti Squash

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (3 ½ to 4 pounds) spaghetti squash
  • 1 cup water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut spaghetti squash in half. Remove and discard pulp and seeds.
  2. Add water and spaghetti squash halves to a slow cooker crock.
  3. Cover slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 2 ½ to 3 hours or LOW for 5 to 6 hours.
  4. Carefully remove spaghetti squash halves. Serve each half with your favorite chili or meat sauce, if desired.
