Ingredients
- 2 cans (14 oz. each) artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- In cast iron crock, stir artichoke hearts, onion, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on MEDIUM for 2 to 3 hours.
