Ingredients
- 1 lb spaghetti: 400grams All Purpose flour + 90ml water + 1 egg
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 lb shrimp
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 green onion
Directions
- Make pasta using Electric Pasta Maker and spaghetti mold.
- Boil pasta until desired doneness or until it floats. Rinse and set aside.
- Marinate shrimp with oyster sauce.
- In a pan, heat up oil on med/high heat and saute garlic.
- Add shrimp and cook until opaque. Remove from heat.
- In a clean pan on med/high heat, add oil and saute garlic.
- Add the butter and simmer until it's melted.
- Add sauce mix and stir to combine.
- Quickly toss in noodles and serve immediately.
- Top with shrimp and green onions
