- 3 to 4 pounds baking potatoes (about 5 to 8 potatoes)
Directions
- Heat roaster oven to 400°F.
- Scrub potatoes and pierce with a fork.
- Stack rows of potatoes on top of each other, ensuring the potatoes don't touch the sides of the roaster oven.
- Place cover on roaster oven and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork.
