INGREDIENTS
- 1 jar (28.5 ounces) German-style sauerkraut
- 1 large red apple, cored and diced
- 3 tablespoons apple juice
- ½ teaspoon caraway seeds
- ½ teaspoon coarse black pepper
- 2 packages (14 ounces each) beef kielbasa
DIRECTIONS
- In cooking pot of rice cooker, combine sauerkraut, apple, apple juice, caraway seeds and black pepper.
- Arrange kielbasa in steamer basket. Place in rice cooker and close lid.
- Select HEAT/SIMMER and set for 45 minutes.
