INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup water
- 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken thighs
- 2 pounds skinless, bone-in drumsticks
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- 1 package (1.25 ounces) chili seasoning mix
DIRECTIONS
- Remove lid of pressure cooker. Pour water in bottom of cooking pot. Add chicken. In a small bowl, combine barbecue sauce and seasoning mix. Pour over chicken.
- Place lid on pressure cooker, turn lid to lock and move steam release valve to closed position.
- Press POULTRY and adjust cooking time to set for 20 minutes.
- When cooking has finished, press steam release button to quick release pressure.
Serves: 8-10
Test Kitchen Tip: If using MANUAL mode, select HIGH pressure and set for 20 minutes. When finished cooking, press steam release button to quick release pressure.
