Pressure Cooker 3-Ingredient Barbecue Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup water
  • 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 pounds skinless, bone-in drumsticks
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 1 package (1.25 ounces) chili seasoning mix

DIRECTIONS

  1. Remove lid of pressure cooker. Pour water in bottom of cooking pot. Add chicken. In a small bowl, combine barbecue sauce and seasoning mix. Pour over chicken.
  2. Place lid on pressure cooker, turn lid to lock and move steam release valve to closed position.
  3. Press POULTRY and adjust cooking time to set for 20 minutes.
  4. When cooking has finished, press steam release button to quick release pressure.

Serves: 8-10

Test Kitchen Tip: If using MANUAL mode, select HIGH pressure and set for 20 minutes. When finished cooking, press steam release button to quick release pressure.
