Ingredients
- 12 large hard cooked eggs, peeled and cut lengthwise
- Pimento Cheese
- Cooked bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- Chopped fresh dill or chives, optional
Directions
- In a large bowl, stir egg yolks and 1 1/2 cups pimento cheese until blended.
- Pipe yolk mixture into each egg white half. Top each egg with bacon. Sprinkle with dill or chives, if desired.
