Ingredients
- 2 ounces Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Italian seasoned Panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 tilapia fillets or other white fish fillets (about 4 ounces each)
Directions
- Heat oven to 425°F. Spray baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Using a spiralizer, grate Parmesan cheese and place in a large resealable plastic bag. Add Panko bread crumbs, Italian seasoning and black pepper. Seal and shake bag.
- Spread mayonnaise on both sides of fish fillets. Add fish to bag and shake until coated with crumb mixture.
- Press remaining crumbs from bag onto fish. Place on prepared baking pan.
- Bake until fish flakes easily with a fork, 12 to 14 minutes.
