INGREDIENTS
Recommended Ice Cream Maker Size: 1.5 Quart
- 1 ¼ cups frozen mixed berries, thawed slightly, mashed
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 ½ cups low fat plain yogurt
- ½ cup half ‘n half
DIRECTIONS
- Combine berries and sugar in medium bowl. Mix well.
- Add yogurt and half 'n half. Mix well.
- Start ice cream maker and pour mixture through hole in lid.
- Churn for 20-40 minutes or until desired consistency.
