Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups raw almonds
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 4 tbsp neutral oil (avocado oil or grapeseed oil)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place almonds on a baking sheet in an even layer. Roast in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Add roasted almonds to a food processor. Add neutral oil and sea salt. Blend almonds until it reaches a creamy consistency. Take breaks while blending to scrape the sides and cool off.
