Healthier Cake Batter Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 30 g vanilla whey protein
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 c nut butter gooey or warmed
  • 2 tbsp dairy free milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • Rainbow sprinkles

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl whisk together the flour and protein powder.
  2. Add in all remaining ingredients.
  3. Use the Hamilton Beach Professional Hand Mixer to blend dough until thick and creamy!
  4. Devour!
