Grilled Salmon Spring Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Fillings:

  • Vermicelli Noodles (boil to package directions)
  • Lettuce
  • Carrots (Julienned)
  • Cucumber (Julienned)

Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce:

  • 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp warm water
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 garlic cloves (diced)
  • 1 birdseye chili (sliced)

 

Directions

For Indoor Searing Grill: 

  1. Season salmon with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, & onion powder
    2. Heat up Hamilton Grill to 350 degrees and spray with nonstick cooking spray
    3. Cook Salmon for 5 mins, then flip and cook for another 10 mins
    4. Assemble your rolls: Wet your rice paper and top with vermicelli noodles, lettuce, carrots and salmon
    5. To make dipping sauce: combine all ingredients under dipping sauce section to taste (add more sugar if you like sweet/lime if more tart)
