Ginger Lime Steak Marinade
INGREDIENTS
⅓ cup soy sauce
¼ cup lime juice
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
4 beef New York strip steaks, about 1½ - inch thick
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients except steak in a single-serve blender jar. Blend until smooth.
Place steaks in a large resealable plastic bag. Add marinade mixture. Turn to coat steak with marinade.
Marinate in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
Heat grill to SEAR. Add steaks. Grill 5 to 7 minutes each side.
Serves: 4
